We are successful when you are. We conduct the payment process for you. Thus, all sales are subject to a provision.
Storage and Pricing
This amount of storage space is allocated for you. Your files are stored at a secure location - this also serves as a backup for you. If you want to extend your storage space, you can easily do so.
You are able to operate your zensario.ImagePool with your own domain. This is really professional! If you already have a domain you want to use with zensario.ImagePool, you can transfer it to us. We are glad to assist you!
We offer a wide range of top-level domains you can choose from. Thus, you can individually present yourself to your customers.
This amount of traffic is allocated for you per month. The traffic is counted respective to inbound and outbound transfer.

Archive
You just upload your images. We handle all necessary image processing to professionally present your valuable work.
Store images of an arbitrary size. Thus, you can offer highest resolutions to your customers.
You can upload images via FTP or a web form. While FTP upload is more appropriate for large amounts of files, the web form can be used when few images have to be uploaded.
By adding metadata to your images, they can be found conveniently. Tagging can be conducted online within zensario.ImagePool or offline using your familiar infrastructure that supports the IPTC standard.
Our pro-active search proposes meaningful search word completions immediately after the first letters of a search phrase are entered. In addition, relevant search words and categories are proposed. Your visitors can refine the search results precisely.

Sell through our shopping cart system
Sell your images using our well-established shopping cart system. The customer adds images to the cart and selects preferred license as well as image quality. It is that easy for you to make use of your images.
Individual licensing conditions
You define the licensing conditions related to your images by yourself. Shall private usage be allowed? Shall editorial usage be allowed? You can even setup your custom licenses.
You can define in which quality you want to sell your images. E.g., you might want to offer images for private usage in medium quality only. We deliver the images in exactly the quality you defined.
Specify the price for your images with regards to a license and quality. Thus, you are able to offer images for private usage in medium quality very cheap while offering images purchased with an editorial license at a much higher price. You can change prices without re-pricing all existing images, because of our flexible pricing system.
By using zensario.ImagePool, all invoices are created automatically. You do not need to take care of this activity and can make better use of your time.
Define subscriptions for your customers. That way, a customer might for example be allowed to download 5 images per week.

All images of a category can be presented in a slide show. If a customer likes an image, he immediately can add it to his favorites or put it into his shopping cart.
Based on a prior consultation, we create an individual template for your zensario.ImagePool. This can base upon your existing website design.
Add your own pages and subpages with your individual content. Hence, you can write a short note about yourself, past or upcoming events etc.

Security
Once you mark a category as "private", it is secured. Afterwards, you define who gains access to this category by specifying access rights for certain groups. This is done using our intuitive user and group management.
Create groups for your users and define access rights for these groups. That way it is ensured that each user only sees what he is supposed to see.
We secure your thumbnails with an individual watermark. Thus, your thumbnails can not be diverted from its intended use.
Your images are stored in a secure manner. Your original images can only be accessed using zensario.ImagePool.
Your security and the privacy of your customers is one of our major concerns. Therefore, we never store payment-relevant data such as credit card numbers. Furthermore, all activities that are involving personal or confidential data, are encrypted.
We do not only talk about security but we do everything to provide you and your customers with a secure application. Therefore, we engaged independent security consultants to audit our software. We can offer you a software with certified security now.
Self-marketing
We want you to present yourself professionally. Thus, we only appear in the impress as the company that conducted the technical implementation. This is the only site where the zensario GmbH is referenced.
In the administration area, you see comprehensive statistics, e.g. related to your sales: Who bought which images at which point in time? Who downloaded which images?
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
We take care that your images are going to be found at search engines. You just upload your images and add metadata - we do the rest. In the best case, each of your images corresponds to a single page in the search engines. Thus, visitors from all over the world can find your images.
Offer coupons as marketing promotion. A coupon is a popular marketing instrument to inform people about your website. You define the coupon code as well as the discount and that is all you need to create your individual coupon promotion.
